A Proper Grocery Store Receipt

Parade Day, 2013

It is once again time for the Chelsea Fair Parade. Two pork shoulders are in the smoker. I'll be grilling up some chicken drumsticks and hot dogs later. The eating will commence when the parade is done.  The weather here is fantastic and people are already reserving their spots along Main Street.
