I did my last bit of tinkering with the smoker this weekend. Some tabs are in place now to help the lid stay in place better and holes have been drilled for the supports for the 2nd grate. I will repaint it this week and then everything should be good to go.
I have a plan for what I'm going to do. Let's hope it's a winning plan! At the least I'm hoping it is going to be a lot of fun. I know it will be exhausting, but there will be piles of smokey deliciousness at the end.
